3.20.1 To comply with the health and hygiene procedures and standards as stipulated by the Food Hygiene (General) Regulations 1995 (as amended from time to time) and by the Landlord's Health and Safety Officer ("the Health and Hygiene Standards").
3.20.2 To permit the Head Chef of the Hotel employed by the Landlord at the Hotel from time to time to inspect the kitchen area forming part of the Premises at least once every seven days and to compile a record of the state and condition thereof and forthwith to rectify and make good any failure by the Tenant to comply with the Health and Hygiene Standards,
