Indonesian workplaces consist of morally-based managers that emphasis harmony,understanding, and mutual respect. Individua l sensitivity is greatly stressed throughout the Indonesian culture. A more lax environment is given to citizens of Indonesia, an environment where individual sensitivity is provided.
