Job Description
•To manage and ensure a seamless end to end complaints management process must be close within timeline and SLA. Including response the complaint by call handling , write the Job Description
•Producing Management reporting (monthly and quarterly) and analysis on financial to senior management
•Establishing and maintaining costing models
•Preparation of budgets and forecasts
•Support all request from Head Office, Regional Office and local
•Variance analysis (reasons behind variances in predicted revenue, overhead and net profit versus actual)
•OPEX analysis by Department on monthly basis

Qualifications:
•3 years experience
•Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
•Strong analytical capability and ability to think through problems easily
•Strong written and verbal communication in English and Thai
•Capabilities to work with other departments and specially accounting
•Background in insurance industry a plus
