Work in conjunction with relationship manager (RM) to identify proper credit facilities for each client
•Conduct the in-depth industry study & analysis and recommend the appropriate financial products & services.
•Develop in-depth understanding and assessment of borrowers' business needs, evaluate and identify risks and mitigations in order to identify lending opportunities, appropriate loan structure and recommend financial solutions to borrowers
•Monitor borrowers' businesses, financial performances and market / industry developments to detect early warning signals or significant changes.
•End-to-end ownership in seeking credit approval
•Prepare credit applications (CA) which includes relevant information on borrowers with regard to purpose of application, borrower background, analysis on sufficiency of requested facility, source of repayment / take out plan, risk analysis and mitigations, financial analysis, peer analysis, and conclusion / recommendation
•Prepare presentation for seeking credit approval
•Conduct annual review in a timely manner and ensure full compliance of approval terms and covenants • Enforce Growth-by Design (GoD) risk-return
•Coordinate among partner (CPM, CAS, RM and Risk) to obtain and shared related news
