Ron shoul appoint a committee of local managers from all the company`s plants to determine what changes need to be made in structure,technology, and people.Based on their findings,these changes should be put into effect by having the same local managers act as change agents.They should design and initiate an organizational development program to educate employees through communication,participation,facilitation,and support.Finally,Ron should have periodic meetings with the change agents to ensure that the changes are stabilized.In addition,he should continue to monitor the new systems as well as fluctuations in markets or other external factors to stay aware of new changes that may be required.
