Khun Nattapol has an experience in Call Center for 3 years. He has been the team leader for 1 year. He was assigned to be a contact person of CCC for coordinated with other department departments (Collection, U&I, POS and Claims), to call out for clarification to the customer who has asked the question via TM support, to extract daily report from CRM and send to the relevant section.
