There are husband and wife working for Seagate and they may be using the same account. The bank report and the bank file will show the respective employee name with the bank account tagged to him/her in the Oracle file. There is no need to sum up or what-so-ever.
Essentially, the bank report and the bank file control total headcount and total net pay will tally exactly to the same no. of headcount in the pay register with their individual net pay. The validation of the daily netchange will give warning and is for Seagate to check and feedback.
