encourage from the user of the website: ‘connecting’ (visitors are
limited to requesting the sending of information, with a very low
level of interaction and involvement); ‘Sharing’ (users can only distribute
or share information with low interaction and involvement
on their part); ‘Reviewing’ (visitors can review and comment, indicating
greater involvement and interaction); ‘Participating’ (users
can participate in activities, which have a high level of interaction)
and ‘Collaborating’ (users can create and develop their own or joint
spaces with the museum, and the participation and interaction of
the visitors is very high). Each dimension was composed of between
3 and 5 tools (Table 2).
