Job Description
•Handle customer enquiries on phone
•Reservation and ticket issuing
•Provision of incoming calls on service, enquiries and handling of problems/ complaints etc
Qualifications
•Male or Female
•Bachelor’s Degree or above in related field
•Good service-minded, good personality
•Able to work under pressure
•Good communication skills, especially on telephone
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is require
•Able to work in shift
