Purpose of project : Improving customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers)
1. Kick off project by President and EVP : 13 Oct.
2. Set up the group ( 1 group around 10 people) : 15 Oct
3. Select the topic for improvement 16-20 Oct
4. Plan, Do,Check, Action 21 Oct – 10 Nov
5. Summary report and present to DM,DDM,CM : 12-13 Nov
6. Present to President and EVP on meeting room 1 : 18 Nov ( 9.00-12.00)
** From the kick off meeting , brain storming process can be done during OT (if limited time during the working hours)
