Complaint greater than 30 days old have not been forwarded to site in time due to gap in the process either ;
the complaint was not correctly filled out in the CARE system, thus the automatic alelrts was not sent to the factory for investigation
the call center did not handle the complaint correctly and it was never tasked to the factory

57 complaints in old date 2013 and 2014 were not forwarded to site in time due to CARE limitation.

During a recent audit, it was identified that a fair number of complaints were not correctly filled out in the CARE system, thus the automatic alerts were not sent to the factory for investigation. To remedy this, the complaints were updated/corrected, hence the influx of 2014 complaints you are encountering. I do apologize for the inconvenience and corrective actions have been implemented to prevent such an issue from occurring again. Please let me know if you had any additional questions.
We also got problem of CARE system for European markets where not all complaints were being forwarded to factory in time
