CAUSE

We inspected the consignment and observed that this consignment was probably damaged by one of the following 2 causes:

1. The packing arrangement of goods before transport was poor
2. The truck driver may have slammed on the vehicle brakes during road transport.

We are investigating further regarding the precise cause of the incident. We shall comment further on causation in due course once we have completed our investigations.
