Total Phenolic content was determined as method described by Singleton and Rossi (1965).
The method was performed for methanol extract (ME), Ethyl acetate extract (EAE), water extract (WE), and Ethyl acetate fraction of MeoH extract (EAFME) of roots.
Total phenolic was determined with Folin–Ciocalteu reagent according to the method using Gallic acid as a standard phenolic compound.
The calibration curve of Gallic acid was taken using methanol.
