We have gone through your menu extensively. Please note that nearly 18 people are going to be vegetarian (no eggs, no meat, no fish) and the options for vegetarian food is very limited. We want to know if you can do vegetarian dim-sums, gyozas, soups (without fish sauce and the stock should be vegetarian) etc. Could we also have more vegetarian salad options like pomelo, glass noodle etc. Nearly all the Vegetairan Thai Starters are fried so it is possible to make non-fried ones as well. Finally, what vegetarian dishes can be made as Siam specialities.
We will eating food at Miskawaan often so we definitely would like more variety in Thai food. Please let me know what all can be done and what would be the rates.
