5. Return policy
5.1 All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the Return Policy at the Platform Seller is not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are followed to Nekooler’s satisfaction.
5.2 Permitted returns: Subject to Clause 5.1, within [•] days from the date of delivery of the Product, you may return a Product when you:
5.2.1 Receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Contract; or receive a faulty or damaged Product for manufacturing defects.
5.2.2 Uploaded photos of the Product both packaging and the Product when you received and the photos of such damages or faults to return@itscooler.asia (The Photos shall be accurate and truthful).
5.3 Return and refund: As an alternative to returning faulty or damaged Products under Permitted returns, the Customer may request for return and refund of such Products. Such request shall be irrevocable upon notification of the request us, Nekooler may, at its sole discretion by following the instructions to investigate and examine the photo of the Product, grant to the Customer a return of the Products.
5.4 Nekooler will provide the contact of Nekooler’s designated service providers, subcontractors and/or agents in order to collect the return Product to you.
5.5 When the Product is followed Nekooler’s instruction, seller’s instruction and return policies, Nekooler pleased to provide you the refund (in the form of the entire payment or the new Product) within seven (7) business days from the date of collecting of the Product from you. Upon a return and refund being made as aforesaid, the Customer shall have no further claim against Nekooler and Seller.
