Growth of non-Campylobacter cultures on standard and modified mCCDAs
Non-Campylobacter strains were used to determine the exclusivity of the original and modified media. Approximately 104 cells of each strain were inoculated onto three selective agar plates followed by incubation at 37 °C for 72 h and 42 °C for 48 h under microaerobic conditions.
