Second, I was worried about my order may be late because our user will be business trip on Oct’31 which everything plan already even flight So we must be get it before. That the reason
Third , As per my talk over the phone with K’Phakamas on last week , “We’re order late to you so must be wait…”and “notebook faulty ……” She said. !!!!!!! The answer is not ok!!
And she cannot confirmed date of shipment too. However, before time I try to contact her by message by e-mail by phone many time which wait the response long time.
then I try to request the others sales who responsibility for these but nobody can support us must be wait K’Phakamas only. Why ? It not good and the lose time too.
Today, we have to check status of order but don’t have information from sales until now. Why that ? and then cannot contact her too. How i do this ? please advise...
So could you please kindly push up order for arrange the shipment within Friday or ASAP. Hope you understand a situation and Sorry for any inconvenience caused
