Hi Gary,
Thanks for the mail, Let me clarify the situation as follow:
Why is she on this list
POM is our CAMSTAR Specialist, she has been trained by RS and AMPI Team.
Does she has any knowledge of Windows 2008, or 2012 OS?
She has taken Windows Server 2012 R2 Administration Workshop (5 Days training) last year.
So, she got basic background that is good for the work.
Does she have knowledge of the application
Yes, she has taken 3 days official training course from CAMSTAR in AMPI and a lot of training from AMPI CAMSTAR Team. Now, she is our CAMSTAR specialist in AMTC.
Why are others on this list
They are all IT staff that have strong experiences in working with Windows server environment. So, I trusted in them.
Anyways, I will pull out 2 users from the Admin groups (POM and Nong). As both of them are focused more on the Business Analyst.
Do they have any knowledge of Windows 2008, or 2012 OS?
All of my IT support staffs are good with the windows server environment.
Have any of them been trained on the proper way to work with the specific servers and the applications associated with them
All of them has been trained and work in Windows server environment.
BTW, We have a lot of problem with the CAMSTAR Application server (AMTCCAMAPRD1, AMTCCAMAPRD2 and AMTCCAMAPRD3).
This afternoon at around 15:00, we have problem with AMTCCAMAPRD3. It is not responding to the log on.
So, we try to remote to this server but it is not responding.
Then, I go to the server room and try to log on but it was not responding.
Here is the screen shot when we try to log on to the server with remote desktop.
