1. Minimum bachelor degree in business management or any related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years experiences as management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
3. Excellent knowledge/ experience in sales, services and outlets management. Telco Business is preferable.
4. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
5. Strong people management, customer relationship Management and development. Proven ability to influence people and align resources toward a common strategic goal, leveraging best-in-class approaches and methodologies while fine-tuning them to meet specific customer.
6. Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading cross-divisional team meetings with conflicting business requirements and goals to achieve business objectives
7. Flexible to travel across regions
8. Proficient English and computer literate
