Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel
• Ensure legal compliance to local employment legislations
• Handle and support recruitment and orientation activities Maintain HR policy and company’s regulation
• Maintain end of the year employee performance administration
• Processing training requests and maintain documentation Monitor & participate in quarterly reviews of employee insurance
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Provide advice and counsel employee on various HR programs and policy interpretation
• Manage required HR reports
• Administer hiring and termination process such as on-boarding, exit interviews etc
• Facilitate and/or provide training (including new hire orientation) to the team
• Manage coordination of immigration and expatriation activities
• Ensure personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately
• Manage administration of Compensation & Benefits practices
• Coordinates periodic and annual performance appraisal exercise
• Supports organizing of Company events and employee
• General HR and administrative support
