For what concerns the maximum weekly intake of each category
of seafood, we obtained these results:
- For “predatory fish”: a person of 70 kg body weight can weekly
assume a maximum of about 930 g of fresh tunafish and
swordfish;
- For “non-predatory fish”: a person of 70 kg body weight can
weekly assume a maximum of about 4.8 kg of fresh fishes other
than tunafish and swordfish;
- For “mollusc”: a person of 70 kg body weight can weekly assume
a maximum of about 2.6 kg of edible parts of mollusc;
- for “crustacean”: a person of 70 kg body weight can weekly
assume a maximum of about 5.7 kg of crustacean.
