Dear Laddawan,
It’s been agreed we will process new hires and terminations on a monthly basis. We can’t however support you with the monthly updates by mass upload. There are multiple reasons for that:
1. Thailand has to put in the data itself. You are responsible for their own data.
2. Country HR Admin is responsible for the day-to-day mutations until a (cluster/region) shared services is set-up that takes care of that admin part. 50-70 changes per month is manageable and should be done by your HR Admins via the system.
3. Only giving HRSSC the import files will result in not using the system and loss of knowledge and opportunity to introduce MSS/ESS.
4. We lose the audit trails in the system. All changes will be marked as made by the HRSSC. You never know who actually triggered it and approved it while you don’t trigger a workflow in mass changes.
5. Creating mass import files will give you extra (more difficult) admin work. Instead of changing 1 field, you need to create an entire file -> extra workload.
6. Creating a file will take longer. Not only creating it, but sending it to the HRSSC, create GetHelp tickets and processing -> Data in system will not be up-to-date.
