Quattro is a company selling advanced apps and telematics solutions into the insurance sector in Thailand. We are working with some of the leading insurance companies to help them develop new smartphone app based solutions. We are now seeking a PR company who we can work with to help our customers create new and exciting app based propositions. We are asking a few select PC companies to respond to out brief and present their ideas on the XYZ of the end of July. We are looking for you to create 6 posters representing how you envisage an app based drive and rewards app being represented and sold into each of the 6 market segments:
Market segmentation is the starting point. Our thinking is that the app features, messaging and rewards will be different in each market segment. We think there are 6 main segments to address and these are:
1) The Studs - Young male drivers 17 to 35
2) She Power - Young female drivers 17 to 35
3) Settlers - basically Families / parents
4) The Pros - Professional Drivers
5) Silver Smarts - 55 years and plus
6) High Nets - Possibly we also have high net worth / business executives but his this potentially a small sector.
(I made up the category names so feel free to change!)
As you can imagine, each category will be motivated by different brands and techniques.
Each poster should contain the following elements:
- proposed product name
- key sales tag line
- short para on the benefits
- graphic of the sports personality or celebratory that should represent the proposition. Could be more than one.
- logos of all of the potential affiliate marketing brands that would appeal to the segment.
- colour scheme
Our technology allows an insurance company to quickly and easily deploy app based solutions where the app can be used to record driving data from each trip, provide feedback on their driving and also based on certain rules deliver rewards for good driving or certain achievements in the form of vouchers and tokens. the app can be used for - such as SOS and accident reporting, reduce CO2, lower fuel use, and lower accident rates. These might be useful for some of the segments (like family).
