I am pleased to introduce the We Lead Moment initiative from HR. Based on leadership stories from 32 employees from various departments in Chevron Thailand who represent the four key roles: Everyone, Influencer, Supervisor and Manager, We Lead Moments provide real-life examples of Chevron employees applying We Lead behaviors.
I encourage you to use a We Lead Moment, as an alternative to an OE Moment or Diversity Moment, at the beginning of your meetings to make We Lead an integral part of our organizational culture. For your convenience, the We Lead Moments have been categorized by roles and expectations and can be accessed on the We Lead page on the HR website. ‘Align & Inspire’ is the first set of We Lead Moment, which will be available in the website. The remaining sets will be posted in the HR website later this year.
By applying We Lead, you will be able to prioritize your workload more effectively. This was identified as an area for improvement in the 2013 Chevron Employee Survey.
Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all 32 employees for their time, effort and collaboration in developing their We Lead leadership stories.
