As we had been complaint for stock not accuracy which they expected to clear aging commercial tires which refer to our daily stock.
However, for this case it happened that actually sales / customer requested fresh tires Yr’ 2016 and we have stock for both Yr’ 2015 and 2016, but sales team did not ask for approval from SD and we also did not input in picking list.
So, warehouse pick up / deliver tires with FIFO Yr’ 2015 and this had not been communicate for stock report adjustment.
Currently, stock report will automatically deduct Yr’ 2016, for improvement we need to set up meeting together with CSD and WH – P’Lek for mutual agreed and understanding, will be invited asap.
