(Oxoid, Milan,Italy) while WL Nutrient (Oxoid) agar plus 1 mg/L chloramphenicol
was used to isolate yeasts.Both growth media were incubated at
28 C for 3e4 days, one duplicate in aerobiosis and another in jars
under anaerobic conditions, using the Anaerocult system (Merck,
Darmstadt, Germany).
