The Business Development Manager position is directly responsible for retaining existing business and developing new business in assigned market segments in the Thailand location.
The Business Development Manager will primarily be measured by his/her achievement or over achievement of budgeted new business, cross selling revenue and retention of existing accounts. Gross profit targets as well as other related KPIs such as market share will also be set annually.
The BDM will pay special focus on closing new business in the affiliates of multi-national company while managing existing accounts assigned to him/her.
