A good trick you can do is utilize the same idea for multiple reasons, but using specific examples.
For example, instead of just saying "I love my parents because they always support me", you could break it up into "because they helped me study for x amount of hours to do well in school", "because they were always there to cheer me on in x sport", and "because they were there for me when x-person wasn't". The book would be a lot more personal if you cited personal experiences with them, too. )
