Information Systems for Internal and External Communications

This study attempts to explore two paths of Information systems to help business.
There can be many different ways to enhance the business performance by using
information systems, but among them, internal and external communications were
identified as a function of interaction within the organization and between the
organization and customers, which can be viewed as customer relationship
competency. It is expected that well-implemented information systems are the basic
support function to invigorate the communications, which will lead to better
productivity and new product development. It will shed light on the understanding of
communications of organizations to internal and external customers.
