company. However due to a previous issue with the same device
(e3-1270v3.BL-phx0.1.141.7.4.G2.securedservers.com) and site for Child
Pornography last year on Sept. 29th, 2014 ref ticket: Ticket #1125728 -
[IMPORTANT NOTICE]: Child Pornography found!. We have chosen to sever all
business ties with your company. The main contributing factor for this
termination is the reoccurrence of this matter as well as the lack of
communication with your previous case. As our policy states, ref: 7-D
"Reproduction, storage, or transmission of any material in violation of any
local, state, U.S., or international law or regulation is prohibited." We
have a zero tolerance policy for Child Pornography which means customers will be
terminated for their first offense. However we understand that some services
such as yours can bring risks, we will continue to work with you along the
guidelines with all federal laws. Seeing this is now your second offense for
Child Pornography, we have no other choice to proceed with de-provisioning. We
apologize for the trouble this may bring however our decision is final and
cannot be reversed. As per federal law, we are required to hold the hard drive
without any changes made or being accessed of any sort to maintain the evidence
of the infringement and you will not be able to retrieve your data.
As for now, it appears Sergio has provided you RDP access, please let me know if
you need additional time to retrieve the rest of your data from the other
devices. I will get a request into accounting for a pro-rated refund for the
