We are writing to you regarding our mutual guest Declan Sarsfield with reservation number 340440013, check-in date 2015-04-23, and check-out date 2015-04-24.
This reservation has been cnacelled as a no show. However, the guest has informed us that hetold by the property that they were overbooked and he couldn't be accommodated.
Could you please confirm if you were able to honour the reservation or you were overbooked?
