Considering overall acceptability there were no significant differences among the products with not more than 40 g substitution level by GBF from 100 g cassava starch in CC and not more than 15 g in FC. So the highest substitution level is considered as 40 g by GBF from 100 g cassava starch in CC and 15 g by GBF from 100 g cassava starch in FC,respectively.
