Communication and Support
Collect the issues those affect the RC runtime and reliability and report to the client and Exterran office for improvement. Make a daily morning call to offshore operation team for any assistance that needed e.g. troubleshooting, technical information support, extra manpower preparation, spare part chasing and etc. Communicate to offshore team to perform PM per schedule and accurately. Cooperate with Supply chain department to identify which is the operational part and which is the insurance part as well as set up spare parts Min/Max. Cooperate with training team for the training need for offshore operation team. Work with offshore operation team generates working instruction (WIS) of each task.
