The activities using to make coffee are as following:
Pulping – leaving coffee’s shelf
Demucilaging – soaking coffee bean in water in order to clean mucilage for 48 hours
Sun Dried – drying coffee bean for 7-10 days
Roasting – control oven temperature for each level of roasting such as dark roast, medium roast, and light roast
Sorting – classify size
Packing – keep it in dry places
