Dear Dexter
We are extremely disappointed with not only your decision but especially considering the discussions we had at the meeting at The Park on Tuesday 3 November and the subsequent delay in notifying us.
We had believed that JLL, as an international reputable business, would honour the commitments and assurances made by their staff, Adam Bell in this case, and would not quit during the process of formation of the juristic entity at Jomtien Park Villas.
At the conclusion of our discussions you said that your people would contact our consultant to verify the timing to complete the establishment of the juristic entity for JPV. We believe that this has not yet happened.
We continue to believe that it is possible for us to complete the process by the end of JPV's current financial year (31 March).
We believed we had come to a reasonable compromise that you would work with us to the end of March 2016 at JPV to give us time to complete formation of the juristic entity and solve issues like the ownership of the bank account. We would not seek to bind you beyond that date.
If you stop acting for us the village is unable to take over the bank account and we cannot pay or receive money in effect you have destroyed almost 2 years work trying to form the juristic entities.
We respectfully request you reconsider your decision regarding JPV as it appears you have not considered all the implications of your decision on JPV owners, employees and contractors as well as JLL's honour and reputation.
Could you please respond promptly as time, it seems, if now of the essence.
