Results
Findings showed no significant differences between the three groups with regard to their demographic characteristics. The majority were housewives. However, there was a significant difference in pregnancy status among women(P = 0.025) (Table 1). Despite a difference in the severity of MSA (P = 0.021) (Table 2), the mean scores of MSA were not significantly different between the three groups (Table 3).According to the paired t-test, there was a significant decrease in the two time periods in terms of both the severity and mean scores of MSA in the KC and music during KC groups (P = 0.002, P = 0.001, respectively) (Table 3). There was no statistically significant difference found in the mean scores and severity of MSA between the two intervention groups.
