UNESCO defines this inclusive and quality approach as the right of students to access a quality education that satisfies their basic learning needs and integrate their cultural diversity, procuring the development of their full potential. Under this scope, the theme of human capital development can be addressed from various angles, such as competencies, innovation and employability.
