Principal changes were observed in the degree of asparagine deamidation, C-terminal, lysine processing, methionine oxidation and glycosylation pattern, that had an impact on the charge profile of the Mab molecule.
The results obtained by DLS showed the absence of aggregates and increase in particle size taking in accountthe low values of zeta potential observed with the new formulation.
