Training related to Social Development System or related topic issues with proven records.
Technical knowledge and experience in Social Impact Assessment (SIA) or related field and in apply methods and tools
Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal.
Able to identify and coordinate with all relevant stakeholder groups.
Able to conduct public consultaion meeting and public disclosure under a rigid timeframe.
Able to prepare the media (i.e., pamphlet, meeting document, etc.) for Public relation (PR) purpose.
Able to conduct attitude survey.
Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
Master Level in communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Acts quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls.
