You think you’re being super good by eating that fat-free berry-flavoured yoghurt. You’re not! Have a look at the label and you’re sure to find some hidden sugars on the ingredients list. Some alternate names for sugar are: corn syrup, dextrose, maltose, molasses, cane syrup and sucrose. Any ingredient ending in ‘ose’ is likely a form of sugar.
