To have responsibility to expand the Card Acceptance Merchant in the assigned segment business
To Define, Negotiate and make the deal done in Card Acceptance Merchant Service with customer
•To Visit and build up the relationship with the merchants to keep up bank customers
•To consult and solve the problem for the bank customers
•To ensure high level of customer satisfaction and customer service for key merchants and sensitive merchants undertaken by all channels
•To ensure all policies and procedures are in place and followed accordingly
•To support and resolve all issues including process, marketing activities and etc for all merchants undertaken from satisfaction these channels to ensure high level of customer
•To align with branch and other team in driving merchant satisfaction and bring in profit
