After internal discussions with all related parties, please be informed that we are unable to renew the agreement with Siam Furukawa since Siam Furukawa is no longer a subsidiary of SCG. We also unable to allow Siam Furukawa to continue the use of SAP user ID.

In this regard, we could understand the need of Siam Furukawa to access to the old data in our system. Thus, we will maintain your user ID but Siam Furukawa will not be able to freely access to the system. From November 1st, 2015 onward, if Siam Furukawa would like to use to the data, please make a request to IT-One, time by time, and IT-One will also need an approval from SCG each time. There will still be the user ID’s annual fee charged to Siam Furukawa and also the service fee of IT-One for each request.

In addition, as those data is in the Report Server (old server) of SCG which we will terminate the server at the end of 2016. Thus, Siam Furukawa will be able to access to the data only until the end of 2016. Please prepare to take out the data before the end of that period, if needed.

We try to find the solution that could support Siam Furukawa as much as possible and we hope you could understand our limitation.
