The V62 strain of Vibrio anguillarum was isolated from dis-
eased European seabass reared in farms located along the French
Mediterranean coast. After cultivation, the final concentration of
V. anguillarum, evaluated using spectrophotometry (630 nm), was
107 colony forming units (CFU)/mL. Four 100 L baths, aerated with
pure oxygen without water renewal, were prepared and 1000 mL
of the culture was introduced into each.
