3.5. Hydrolysis sunflower oil using the produced lipases
The hydrolysis reaction of sunflower oil was carried out using different lipases produced by different substrates. Sunflower oil
was partially hydrolyzed to free fatty acids, mono- & di-glycerides and glycerol. Fig. 5b shows a comparison between the maximum activity obtained using different lipases produced using different nutrients.
