Dear Khun Klaow,
We have sent you every show budget sheet, every time we launched the show. Recently, we have gathered all and send to your office again.
Regarding the P&L, I’d rather explain you in our meeting this morning at 10am.
To plan the exhibition and events for the whole year, there’s a chance that along the show production timeline, there might be something that may caused us to cancel the show, or the show cannot reach the target revenue, for example. Sometimes, some revenue or some cost might come in after the show ends so the figures will be shown in other months. So, it’s hard to compare your P&L and my P&L month by month. Normally, each team here has to manage and control their budget. As what you mentioned below, in May my P&L targeted at 40M your P&L in May got 34M but according to our show revenue recorded by our team was 50 M. This record can be checked to prove it. Finance might get all the income from this LED show in not only before May but after May. So, it’s too difficult to compare your P&L with my P&L month by month or quarter by quarter. Your continuous support in sending us the reports are valuable for us in cross checking and chasing the income and controlling our expense. But, there’s no need to compare the figures month by month. Organizing the exhibitions are totally different from other department here where you can control your revenue stream and your expense according to your forecast (P&L) month by month. Hopefully, I can explain to you more in our meeting.
Thank you,
