• How has your ability to listen helped in a situation?
• How did a person's body language help you gain a better understanding of a situation?
• When were you unsure how to deal with a situation? What did you do?
• When have you needed to present information to an individual or audience? How did you ensure this was effective?
Emotional Intelligence
• When have you needed to manage your emotions during a stressful or frustrating situation?
• What feedback have you received from a colleague / line manager that you acted upon?
• How did you handle a situation where you realised a colleague you were working with was upset or frustrated?
• When have you needed to change your approach /or style in a particular situation?
• When have you recognised a colleague was under pressure and assisted in some way?
