We can attempt to transfer your account for you. This takes two steps.
First, please start a new game on Royal Revolt 2 on your new device, play through the tutorial, and give yourself a name. After that, please let us know the name of your new account.
Second, please send us proof that the old account is yours. This is to prohibit account hijacking.
Please submit information about your account that only you can know, such as:
- number of gems, pearls and/or gold
- last login date
- approximate registration date
- dates of gem purchases
If you have previously purchased something with your account, please make sure to send us the receipt for your last in-game purchase. We will use the receipt to verify your account and make sure it is transferred as soon as possible.
Please understand that it is not possible for us to transfer the account in question if you are unable to provide any of the above-mentioned information or if you submit wrong information.
