AIG policy requires that application access is certified for your direct report(s). This is your second reminder. If the reporting relationship has recently changed, you are still required to take action as detailed within the "Instructions" below.
Failure to complete this certification by the September 22, 2015 deadline will result in the removal of access at the end of the certification cycle.
Instructions:
Step 1: Go to the myAIGaccess dashboard and select the Access Review from your Inbox.
Step 2: Select an appropriate action for each account on the Access Review page:
• Approve – Confirm that access is appropriate.
• Revoke – Revoke inappropriate access.
• Delegate – Request another individual to review access for one or more accounts on your behalf (you will remain accountable for signing off on the certification).
• Reassign – Assign certification responsibility for the entire Access Review to another individual (you will no longer be accountable for signing off on the certification).
Step 3: Save changes.
Step 4: Sign off to confirm completion of the certification. Certifications are complete when an action is selected for each of the listed accounts, as defined in Step 2.
