Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
• Work as an apprentice to study current working procedure/ structure of each business group by on-site visit/ on-the-job training within 120-day rotational experience.
• Attend training and development program in MT development plan, and apply learned knowledge for the project, as well as for career ladder as junior-management level.
Project Management
• Analyze and research information to serve business group’ assignment by utilizing own integrated knowledge, skill, and experiences.
• Create action plan for assigned project based on expected result, budget, risk assessment and timeline.
• Perform role as project liaison between related parties to implement work improvement project and ensure progress running smoothly.
• Report progression of project on result, expense, and further recommendation, perspective to related parties.
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality
• Completed Bachelor Degree in any field, discipline from accredited university.
• At least 0-1 year experience in related job family with proven record of achievements
• Excellent command of English.
• Intermediate computer program literacy, including ability to create analytical spreadsheet/ graphs
• Good interpersonal skill, with effective verbal and written communication.
