Hello. I was at your store in Singapore (Wisma) and is utterly disappointed by the service, TWICE.

HOWEVER, I dropped my bag off on the 12-Nov-14, and I had to wait close to 2 months (5-Jan-15) before i could collect it. I went down today (excitedly) to collect my bag but once again, Tory Burch has disappointed me. The workmanship of the repair was so badly done! (See picture) they skipped a knob and just did a super rough repair work. You mean I waited so long for nothing?? Moreover, multiple straps were fraying but your staff kept insisting it was only done on one strap. She kept making me feel like I was an idiot and that I didn't know my bag condition.
I can't believe you will ruin someone's beloved gift. I don't even know what to expect anymore. Your staff told me they will get back to me tomorrow regarding the repair. I am hoping she is able to give me a satisfactory answer.
I am a huge fan, correction, WAS a huge fan. But I think after this bag saga, I will NEVER be purchasing from you again.
